Required documents
Copy of Thai ID Card and house registration or passport with the front page and the page with immigration stamp of the director’s latest arrival in Thailand, 2 sets
Copy of Phor.Por.01,09,20 together with its original (In case of loss, please notify the police) 1 set
Copy of Tax Id Card with it original (if any) (in case of loss, please notify the police) 1 set
New branch Business office’s evidences:
– Permission Letter for using business office issued by owner; 1 set
– Location maps of the branch office with certify; 2 sets.
– Photograph of office with the present the address no. and company signboard of branch office; 2 sets.
– Copy of ID Card and House registration – owner ; 1 set each
– Lease agreement (issuing under the company name with Thai version)
– Copy of House Registration of company address front page and page with showing the owner’s name, as signed by the owner.
In case of owner is a juristic person, must use below documents which consists of:
o Copy of Affidavit and Objectives of owner (juristic person) ;1 set each.
o Copy of ID card of the signatory director(s) (juristic person) ; 1 set each.
o Copy of House registration of the signatory director(s) (juristic person) ;1 set each.
o Lease agreement (issuing under the company name with Thai version)
o Copy of House Registration of company address front page and page with showing the owner’s name, as signed by the owner.
o Permission Letter for using business office issued by owner ; 1 set
o Location maps of the branch office with certify; 2 sets.
o Photograph of office presenting the address no. and company signboard of branch office ;2 sets.
Suggestion
Please inform Revenue Department not less than 15 days before you will open the new branch office.
